Judicial District Executive Seminar

This course is offered through the North Carolina Judicial College. These seminars are focused on providing assistance to the key leaders in a judicial district who are willing to work together to improve the justice system in their districts. The three sessions will help you identify your leadership style, focus on the stresses and demands being placed on the courts, anticipate the trends that will affect the courts in the future and discuss the nature of shared decision-making in a complex environment like the courts.

Additional information

Attendees: Teams from judicial districts. Minimum of Senior Resident Superior Court Judge, Chief District Court Judge, and elected clerk(s). Other team members can be District Attorneys, Trial Court Coordinators or other key actors in the local court system.
