Peg Carlson joined the School of Government in 1992 with a specialty in human resources. An organizational psychologist, she is also a consultant with Roger Schwartz & Associates Inc. Carlson has written many articles on leadership and performance evaluation and is co-author of The Skilled Facilitator Fieldbook: Tips, Tools, and Tested Methods, for Consultants, Facilitators, Managers, Trainers and Coaches. Carlson received a BA in psychology from the University of Minnesota and an AM and PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan.
