Jennifer Lobenhofer has served as director of the program in Community and Economic Development at the School of Government since 2005. She plans, organizes, and delivers economic development training, research, and assistance to local government officials from across North Carolina. Prior to joining the School of Government, she worked in community economic development policy research as associate director of the UNC Center for Community Capitalism. Lobenhofer has a master’s degree in regional planning from UNC-Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in political science from Miami University in Ohio.
