Lynn Setzer teaches business writing and speaking skills at Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill. She has served as a corporate writing and speaking consultant to area and regional businesses. She is the author of four books and writes for regional publications, including The News & Observer, The Charlotte Observer, and Our State magazine. Setzer has more than 18 years of corporate experience. She received a BA in psychology and BS in English from Appalachian State University, and a master's degree in writing pedagogy from Virginia Tech.
