Andrew Westbrook joined the Environmental Finance Center in 2006 to support local government professionals in the provision of public environmental services. He recently earned an MSEE from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Public Health, where he received the Bunker Award for Excellence in Environmental Engineering. Prior to that, he worked with Montgomery Watson Harza as an environmental engineer. Westbrook earned a BS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
