Gail Wilkins joined the School of Government in 2008. She was previously a program coordinator for the Office of Continuing Medical Education at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine. In her role as program manager, she works with state and local elected officials, city and county managers and assistant managers, school board attorneys, and education attorneys.
