This 75 to 90 minute webinar, offered in the spring and fall of each year, covers the most significant criminal law decisions issued by the North Carolina appellate courts and U.S. Supreme Court. The fall webinar will also highlight significant criminal law legislation enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly. The presentation, by School of Government criminal law faculty John Rubin and Alyson Grine, will cover a wide range of issues in felony and misdemeanor cases.
