There are blocks of rooms being held at the Comfort Suites Riverfront Park (252.636.0022) for $99 and $109 per night until July 29, 2009. There are also rooms available at the Hilton New Bern/Riverfront Hotel (800.326.3745) for $119 per night until July 11, 2009. Please be sure to ask for the "North Carolina State Treasurer's Conference" group rate.

Policy
Course participants who cancel their registration on or before July 28, 2009, will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before August 04, 2009, will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after August 04, 2009. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
