Why can’t I hear any sound?

If you can’t hear any sound, ensure that your speakers are turned on and that the volume is turned up. Some external speakers come with their own power and volume controls.

If you still can’t hear any sound, ensure that:

  1. Your computer volume is up and not muted (see diagram)
