Document Submission Form

The purpose of this form is to collect examples of documents that have been developed by North Carolina local governments for their own use. Please fill out the fields below and attach the document you plan to submit. Accepted document file types include Microsoft Word (.doc), Adobe Portable Document File (.pdf), and Microsoft Excel (.xls).

Any person submitting a document should review it to make sure it meets the following criteria.

Documents should be:

  1. Relevant and legally applicable to North Carolina local governments
  2. Current, complete and usable as submitted
  3. Legally available for public use without infringing intellectual property or contractual rights.

Documents submitted will be reviewed by the warehouse administrator for appropriateness but will not be reviewed for substantive merit or legality.
