Leadership and Governance

Welcome

The School of Government works with elected officials, governing boards, managers, key department heads, and other public officials in state and local government to provide the knowledge and skills they need to lead and govern their communities in the 21st century. These training opportunities and published resources are focused on helping public officials solve public problems; manage human capital and relationships; think, plan, and act strategically; and make and implement good public decisions.
