This annual conference covers areas of concern to city attorneys. Topics will include: First Amendment rights and employee comments in social media and other places; Occupy [your city's name here] and other regulated and unregulated use of public spaces; Understanding the requirements of E-discovery, ethics, and public records; and case problems exploring conflicts of interest in voting.
Attorneys who represent cities or towns.
Attorneys will receive CLE credit.

Course participants who cancel their registration on or before February 29, 2012 will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before March 7, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after March 7, 2012. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
