This class focuses on the basic law and practice governing the listing and assessing of property for tax purposes.
County assessors and their office personnel, including mappers
Meets NC Department of Revenue continuing education requirements for property tax assessors and appraisers

Course participants who cancel their registration on or before April 20, 2015 will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before April 27, 2015 will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after April 27, 2015. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
