Property Tax Listing and Assessing in NC

Please note that each participant must be registered separately. The person who is logged in is the registrant and will receive all program correspondence. To register more than one person, log in with the email address and password for each person to be registered.
This class focuses on the basic law and practice governing the listing and assessing of property for tax purposes.
County assessors and their office personnel, including mappers
Meets NC Department of Revenue continuing education requirements for property tax assessors and appraisers
30 hours continuing education is offered by the NC Department of Review
Approved for 30 hours of Continuing Education by the NC Appraisal Board

Final exam will be available on-line after the end of class on Thursday
Course participants who cancel their registration on or before October 13, 2014 will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before October 20, 2014 will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after October 20, 2014. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
