Property Tax Listing and Assessing in NC ~ Chapel Hill

This class focuses on the basic law and practice governing the listing and assessing of property for tax purposes.
County assessors and their office personnel, including mappers
Meets NC Department of Revenue continuing education requirements for property tax assessors and appraisers
30 hours continuing education is offered by the NC Department of Review

A block of overnight rooms has been set up at the Hampton Inn and Suites located at 6121 Farrington Road, Chapel Hill. The overnight rate beginning on Monday, October 26 and ending on Friday, October 30 is $85++ per night. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 919.403.8700. Course participants who cancel their registration on or before October 13, 2015 will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before October 20, 2015 will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after October 20, 2015. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
