The IT Division provides technology support and development for School of Government efforts and initiatives. We currently support desktop/laptop computers, computer labs, SOG and affiliated websites, e-mail, public folders, NetSuite, CollegeNet, and instructional technologies. Whatever your question or need, you can use the Helpdesk to get your issue addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. The fastest way to get help is to fill out an online request form. Our team will make sure your request is addressed by the most appropriate person as quickly as possible.

If you do not have access to the internet, you can reach the SOG Helpdesk by calling 962-5487. The SOG Helpdesk is open during regular business hours (8 am-5 pm, M-F). If you need help outside of business hours, you can also call the UNC-Chapel Hill campus helpdesk at 962-HELP (962-4357) or complete the online form at http://help.unc.edu.
