The North Carolina General Assembly wrapped up for the year on July 3, 2012. The School of Government hosted two legislative update webinars in July.
In the first webinar, faculty members reviewed legislation related to human services, public health, social services, mental health, and emergency management.
In the second webinar, faculty members discussed new laws in the areas of annexation, environment, regulatory reform, contingent fees and tax audits, and criminal law.
