The North Carolina General Assembly wrapped up for the year on July 3, 2012. The School of Government hosted two legislative update webinars in July.
In the first webinar, faculty members reviewed legislation related to human services, public health, social services, mental health, and emergency management.
In the second webinar, faculty members discussed new laws in the areas of annexation, environment, regulatory reform, contingent fees and tax audits, and criminal law.

Every licensed NC attorney who preregistered for this webinar will receive 1.75 hours of general continuing legal education (CLE) credit. If you are seeking CLE credit you must register individually for the webinar.
