Carolyn Boggs joined the School of Government in 2001. Previously, she was the program coordinator for the School of Government's summer intern program. In her role as program manager, Boggs works with a variety of client groups, including registers of deeds, tax collectors, tax appraisers, tax assessors, health directors, public attorneys, and jail health staff. She also coordinates the Effective Supervisory Management Program, which is targeted to mid- to upper-level managers and supervisors in local governments or state agencies, and clerks and finance officers.
