  • City and county power to regulate guns
  • Whether state law enforcement officers may or must enforce federal gun laws
  • The legal status of “open carry”

This on-demand webinar is available to anyone with an interest in gun laws, including judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, law enforcement officers, city and county officials, advocacy groups, the media, and other individuals.
