Submit a Help Desk Ticket. This is the fastest and most efficient way to request support because each ticket automatically goes to everyone on the Helpdesk team.

Send e-mail to SOG Helpdesk. This e-mail account is monitored by Helpdesk staff, but is not tracked in the same way as a Helpdesk Ticket, so resolution may take a bit longer.
- Contact 962-HELP or visit the UNC Help Site. Campus ITS can help with MS Office Applications, Apple applications, password problems, e-mail issues, smartphone configurations, iPad/Android configurations, VPN access, and much more. If they cannot help, or if the issue is specific to the School of Government, they will contact the SOG Helpdesk immediately. Campus ITS also offers the following support resources:

Call the SOG Helpdesk at 919-962-5487. If your call goes to voice mail, this means that the helpdesk staff are out in the building on service calls. In this case, please leave a message or submit a Helpdesk ticket.
