Topsail Beach Citizens Roundtable – diverse views on beach nourishment options

During January-March 2010, I served as forum designer and facilitator for a 16-person “Citizens Roundtable on Beach Nourishment” at the request of the city council. Thanks to Nancy Sharpless for being my co-facilitator for the first meeting.
