The Community-Campus Partnership (CCP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is a campus-wide
initiative to forge effective partnerships with economically distressed communities in the state. CCP provides multi-disciplinary teams
of UNC-Chapel Hill faculty, students, and staff, to help communities meet the challenges they face in a comprehensive way.
Through CCP, community partners can access the resources and wide-ranging expertise of UNC faculty, students and staff as they work toward improving and enriching their communities. Campus partners can focus their work on real community challenges, in partnership with local leaders and campus colleagues, in order to make a difference in meaningful, relevant, and concrete ways.
The initial phase of CCP will focus on Lenoir and Caswell counties.
