Database of Civic Resources

Welcome to the NC Civic Education Consortium’s Database of Civic Resources.  This searchable database currently includes lessons, activities, guides, and model programs to help prepare young people for active, responsible citizenship.  The database is constantly being updated with resources for schools, governments and community organizations; please check back for new additions.

If you have questions about the database, cannot find the lesson you are looking for, or are unable to open a file*, please contact Christie Hinson, the Consortium’s project director.

*All database files are in PDF or PowerPoint format.  If you are a teacher experiencing trouble accessing the PowerPoint files, it is likely due to your district's browser settings.
