Civil Law and Procedure |
WelcomeThe School of Government provides resources in civil law and procedure to judicial officials and practicing attorneys. Areas of focus for training and publication in this area include motor vehicle law, landlord-tenant law, civil commitment, and the rules of civil procedure. Training in this area is primarily for magistrates, and superior and district court judges.
