Welcome to the Case Materials Index of
the Public Dispute Resolution Program of the Institute
of Government. The Program acts as a clearinghouse
of information for public officials and practitioners
interested in conflict management and dispute resolution.
This website contains a variety of case
study materials illustrating the application of mediation
and facilitation to address difficult public issues.
The site is divided into two sections:

Index of publications with reports of case studies
of mediation and facilitation. The Index is designed
to help identify cases on particular issues of interest.
Each Index entry provides a brief description of
the case study or report, along with bibliographic
information for readers who are interested in learning
more.

of links to other websites containing dispute
resolution case studies. Each listing is accompanied
by a short description of the website and the sponsoring
organization.
