School Board – County Commission budget dispute mediation – researching factors that lead to disputes
I am beginning to look at factors such as whether a recent change of superintendent, county manager or members of their respective elected boards make disputes leading to mediation more likely. I will also examine relative growth of state, county and school district budgets.
