This site (parts of which are still under construction) contains information about and links to School of Government publications and resources in the area of social services law. It is designed primarily for county social services officials and employees, including the attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants who provide legal services to county departments of social services. This site also contains a link to a site developed primarily for the use of Social Services Board members. Anyone is welcome to browse these websites and use their resources. Here you can find announcements and registration information for upcoming conferences and training opportunities, as well as materials from past conferences and training events. The website includes information about the NC Association of Social Services Attorneys and about listservs that give DSS attorneys and paralegals an electronic network to facilitate communication within these groups and with School of Government faculty.
