School of Government faculty members provide educational and other resources in the area of juvenile law. Resources include interpretations of key aspects of the North Carolina Juvenile Code and related statutes, including abuse, neglect, and dependency; termination of parental rights; reporting of child abuse; and confidentiality issues in juvenile proceedings.
