Talk to your colleagues around the state through the
School of Government’s purchasing listserv.
Need specifications? Looking to buy or sell surplus
property? Trying to locate suppliers for an upcoming
bid? Facing a problem and trying to avoid reinventing
the wheel? If you subscribe to the purchasing listserv,
you can communicate through email with other subscribing
members. The listserv is unmoderated—no one approves
messages before they are sent out to members.

The listserv can be viewed through Web browsers (Netscape, Firefox,
or Internet Explorer). Go to the UNC
listserv entry page, type "ncpurchasing" (without quotation marks) into the Box labeled "View or Manage a Single List," and click "visit." If you are prompted for a password
and do not know your password, please send a message
to listmgr@sog.unc.edu and indicate that you are requesting the password for
ncpurchasing.
