If you wish to attempt to solve the problem yourself, most likely your web browser has javascript disabled and/or you do not have the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed in your Web browser. Instructions for enabling javascript are for Internet Explorer 6 only. Go here and follow the instructions to make sure javascript is enabled or to re-enable javascript.

If you need to download and install a copy of Macromedia Flash Player, go to the Macromedia Flash Player download site and follow the steps for installing the Flash Player.
