Profile

Carla Stowe joined the School of Government in 2008. Previously she was a software technician for IBM for 13 years. In her role as program manager, Stowe works with economic development and community development officials, city and county managers, and councils for economic development. Stowe holds a BA in business administration from Belmont University.
