Robin Haley is the Library Services Coordinator for the Knapp Library as of October 2022. Haley joins the School from the Research Triangle, where she served as the Head of Digital Collections for the Medical Humanities at the National Humanities Center. Her duties included database design, records management and metadata creation for audiovisual materials as well as research on best practices for electronic records management and accessibility standards for archives. Haley also volunteered as a Digital Services Intern in the Digital Services Section for the State Archives of North Carolina to assist with metadata for digital assets across multiple databases. Haley previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant with the School's Environmental Finance Center (EFC) in Spring 2021. She received her Master of Science in Library Science with a focus on Archives and Records Management from UNC-Chapel Hill as well as her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems and a minor in Cyber Security from UNC-Wilmington.
