Domestic Violence for Clerks of Superior Court

This introductory training is designed for clerks with little or no formal training or specialized experience in fields related to domestic violence. This one-day Judicial College course is intended for clerks, assistant, and deputy clerks of superior court and will cover issues related to domestic violence. Topics will include the law and procedures of domestic violence proceedings, dynamics of domestic violence, technology and the clerk’s role. This course is for clerks who have regular exposure to parties in domestic violence proceedings.
