Know Yourself! Understanding Leadership Preferences through the MBTI

This course can be offered on demand via a request from your jurisidiction. Please contact lydian@sog.unc.edu if you are interested in this option.
The ability to lead others begins with the ability to lead oneself. We all have preferences that influence the way we run meetings, make decisions, manage change, and handle conflict. This one-day workshop uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help you learn how you see the world and how your preferences are similar to or different from your coworkers. You will come away with a better understanding of yourself that is far beyond the span of the four letters typically associated with the MBTI. This class is taught by Donna Warner.
