Knapp Library

The Joseph Palmer Knapp Library houses a large collection of material on state and local government, public administration, and management to support the School's instructional and research programs and the educational mission of the Master of Public Administration program. Reference and research services are available to all residents of North Carolina, and additional assistance is available to state and local government personnel, both elected and appointed.

Description

The 2022 Summer Criminal Law Update will cover recent criminal law decisions issued by the North Carolina appellate courts and U.S. Supreme Court and will highlight significant criminal law legislation enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly. Phil Dixon, School of Government faculty member, and Jonathan Holbrook, Director of Training at the NC Conference of District Attorneys, will discuss a wide range of issues affecting felony and misdemeanor cases in the North Carolina state courts. The webinar includes a dynamic visual presentation, live audio, and interactive Q & A.
