2011 legislation directs the North Carolina Office of Indigent Defense Services (IDS) to issue requests for proposals (RFPs) for the provision of all legal services for indigent clients in all judicial districts. This online program, presented by IDS Executive Director Tom Maher and Assistant Director Danielle Carman, introduces North Carolina attorneys to the RFP process, explains how the Office of Indigent Defense Services will seek proposals across the state, and details the information required for a successful proposal submission.
