"Electronic Evidence" was presented by Allyson W. Haynes, Associate Professor at the Charleston School of Law, at the 2010 Juvenile Defender Conference. In this presentation on evidence in the cyber arena, Professor Haynes discusses frequent sources of electronic evidence in delinquency proceedings as well as offensive and defensive uses of electronic evidence.
