Open Meetings Law: Overview (On-Demand)

On-Demand
Live date:
Thursday, April 24, 2014 - 10:00am
Price:
$125.00

This is the first installment in a three part webinar. The first webinar will offer an overview of Open Meetings Law that will be important to all local government officials and employees regardless of job title or responsibilities.

hese webinars are presented via the Internet. It's easy to participate—all you need is a computer, Acrobat Adobe Reader, a hard line high-speed Internet connection (wireless internet is NOT recommended due to slow speed and poor sound quality), speakers, Adobe Flash Media Player and a printer to print the course materials.

Group viewing tips:

For more than 3 viewers, we recommend you use a projector to project the webinar on a wall or screen in a larger room. Remember to connect and test speakers to ensure you have enough volume. Your built-in computer or laptop speakers will likely not be loud enough. We also recommend your computer be connected with a cable to your network, vs using a wireless internet connection.

You will be able to view this program from your home or work computer.

For information about testing your computer equipment, group viewing, FAQ's and other questions you may have about accessing the webinar, please visit our webinar information page: http://itd.sog.unc.edu/faq/where-do-i-go-webinar-technical-support. Please be sure that you run the recommended test in advance so you can troubleshoot any issues.

Duration:
