Live date:
Tuesday, August 25, 2020 - 12:15pm

The Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, often referred to as SORNA, makes failing to register as a sex offender a federal crime and establishes new baseline sex offender registry standards for jurisdictions to achieve. This program looks at the history of SORNA, and reviews state compliance, registration requirements, and gives practice tips for attorneys representing juveniles charged with sex offenses.
