spring Public Defender Attorney and Investigator
Conference
In 2009 the public defender attorney and public defender investigator conferences will be held jointly. This conference provides training on current topics of interest to public defender attorneys and public defender investigators. Topics at past conferences have included gangs, prison and jail credit, computer forensics, sex offender registration, eyewitness identification, evaluating indigent defense, field sobriety tests, search warrants, and ethics issues for attorneys and investigators.
