This webinar is designed for attorneys who represent parties in abuse, neglect, and dependency and termination of parental rights proceedings, including attorneys who represent or are interested in representing parent respondents, attorneys who represent local departments of social services, and GAL attorney advocates. The webinar is also open to district court judges.

The 2009 webinar offered 1.5 hours of general CLE and CJE credit. As it was a live broadcast, the webinar is NOT subject to the 4-hour per year credit limit for computer-based CLE.
Webinar participants who do not watch the entirety of the program must fill out and submit a Partial Credit Certification Form within one week of the webinar.
