Social Services Attorneys' Conference

This conference addresses issues and developments of interest to county social services attorneys. Topics of discussion at past conferences have included schools and DSS, language and cultural differences in Juvenile Court, children and parents from other countries in relation to the Vienna Convention, and access to mental health records. Participants also receive a legislative update.
