Introduction to Program Evaluation for Budget and Management Analysts

This one-day seminar provides training on evaluating public services and programs. At the end of the course, participants will understand and be able to describe program evaluation, and how it fits with budget planning and implementation. In addition, participants will be able to identify a variety of program evaluation tools, map out a basic evaluation plan that could be used in their office, and understand how to effectively present evaluation results.

Cancellation
Policy

Course participants who cancel their registration on or before February 22, 2010, will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before March 01, 2010, will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after March 01, 2010. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
