Advanced Governmental Accounting
The Advanced Governmental Accounting class focuses primarily on reporting issues associated with the financial reporting model: preparing the conversion worksheet, government-wide and fund financial statements, and the MD&A. There will also be a focus on accounting and financial reporting of capital assets. A general GAAP update will be included, focusing on recent GASB pronouncements and applicable audit issues.
