City Attorneys' Winter Conference

This annual conference covers areas of concern to city attorneys. Past conference topics have included identity theft legislation, planning legislation, Home Rule vs. Dillon’s Rule, parliamentary procedure, city regulatory power over traffic control, enforcing city ordinances with civil penalties, and ethics for city attorneys.

Policy

Course participants who cancel their registration on or before March 03, 2010, will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before March 10, 2010, will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after March 10, 2010. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
