NC Association of County Attorneys' Winter Conference

This conference addresses problems and issues in local government law and includes lectures, panels, and, when appropriate, discussions of recent litigation and other topics. Topics at past conferences have included ethics and lobbying reforms, statutory provisions governing local animal control, public finance law and environmental law, and a legislative update on General Assembly proposals.

Cancellation
Policy

Course participants who cancel their registration on or before January 29, 2010, will receive a full refund. Those who cancel on or before February 05, 2010, will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellations made after February 05, 2010. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, as outlined in the School's cancellation policy.
