Leadership and Governance

This interactive, hands-on program will improve a board's ability to work together as a team and with a manager. This program will help participants to define individual and group roles and responsibilities, establish expectations for one other, develop strategies to improve how your team works together, and learn strategies to hold each other accountable. Participation in this program is limited to 40 people.
