Basic Family Law for District Court Judges

This course is offered through the NC Judicial College. This course is intended for District Court Judges who are relatively new to domestic relations court, and who do not have substantial experience with family law matters. The content will cover basic law relating to child custody and support, post separation support and alimony, and equitable distribution.
