This course addresses issues relevant to attorneys who work in state government.

Attendees

Members of the attorney general's staff and the legislative staff, as well as other lawyers working for and with the state, local government, and the university system; enrollment is limited to 225, and preference will be given to members of the attorney general's staff, the legislative staff, and other state and local employees

Credit

Attorneys will earn 12 CLE credits, including credit for study of legal ethics
