Advanced Advocacy Training
This annual program is designed to help experienced defenders hone their criminal trial skills. The curriculum will focus on one specific skill each year, such as conducting voir dire of prospective jurors (2010). Faculty will provide instruction and positive demonstrations in plenary sessions and work with participants in intensive small group workshops in which they will practice the trial skill using hypothetical scenarios.
