Since it was initially funded in 2006, the North Carolina Judicial College of the UNC School of Government has provided seminars and specialized education programs for judges, clerks of court, magistrates, and court administrators in North Carolina. These seminars supplement the School’s existing programs for newly elected or appointed court officials and the continuing education conferences the School conducts in coordination with associations of court officials. The Judicial College also offers online and digital learning tools. For more information, contact Thomas Thornburg, director of the Judicial College, or Audrey Williams, courts group manager.
